Behavior Support Providers help children and young adults with autism remain safe, supervised, supported, and meaningfully engaged.
In this role, you will provide in-home and community-based support, encourage daily living skills, and engage each child in appropriate recreational, sensory, and skill-building activities.
You will use positive behavior-support strategies, follow each child’s individualized care plan, and communicate observations that help the care team provide consistent support.
