Jessica T. Moore is a dedicated wife, mother of three, and accomplished business owner. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, complemented by a strong background in Psychology. With a deep passion for fostering positive change, Jessica serves as the CEO of Atlanta Youth Services, where she oversees the care and support of over 100 children with developmental delays and families involved in the foster care system.

In her role as CEO, Jessica is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Atlanta Youth Services, ensuring that every aspect of the organization runs smoothly. Her leadership and vision have been instrumental in developing comprehensive programs that address the unique needs of the children and families they serve. Jessica's commitment to excellence is evident in the high-quality services provided under her guidance.

With an extensive background in infant mental health and early intervention, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She is an advocate for children’s rights and well-being, constantly striving to improve the lives of those in her care. Jessica’s dedication extends beyond her professional responsibilities; she is also a passionate advocate for autism and ADHD, drawing from her personal experiences as an autism and ADHD mom.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and volunteering in the community. Her personal and professional life is a testament to her unwavering dedication to making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Since entering the profession over 18 years ago, I have had the pleasure of gaining experience in various areas of the counseling field; from the foster care system, community mental health centers, emergency room evaluations, psychiatric hospitals, in-home services, autism advocacy, the non profit sector, managed care, and Employee Assistance Programs. Each setting preparing me for my own private practice in 2010. Whether working with adults or children, I am always reminded of the human nature of resiliency. I enjoy collaborating, encouraging, and providing support during the personal journeys of others. I have encountered diverse clients in a variety of settings; which has helped foster my belief in the good in all of us. Every time I meet a new client, I am more aware of how much more we are alike as human beings than we are different - we all want the basic pillars in life: happiness, as sense of belonging, and fulfillment (and I am lucky enough to say that my job provides me with all three!).

Gereen has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2009. Her love for the field began when she started working at the Marcus Autism Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Gereen served in the roles of a direct therapist in the Severe Behavior department and a Clinical Specialist in the Language and Learning Clinic.

In January 2011, she discovered her true passion for training and coaching families of children who engage in challenging behaviors and have limited vocal language. Gereen's goal is to motivate and empower families by building parents' confidence and competence to implement practical and feasible strategies to achieve positive, long-lasting behavior change.

Gereen currently works as a district-level Behavior Interventionist and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) District Coordinator at a school district where she provides behavioral training, coaching, and consultation for general and special education school personnel.

Aaron Moore brings an extensive background in behavior management and crisis intervention to Atlanta Youth Services. With over five years of dedicated service providing behavior support to children in the foster care system, Aaron has a deep understanding of the unique challenges these children face. His compassionate and effective approach has helped many children develop essential coping skills and achieve greater emotional stability.

Aaron's expertise is not limited to direct care; he also excels in the administrative aspects of our organization. He handles billing, administration, and compliance with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. His dual role in both front-line service and behind-the-scenes management makes him a cornerstone of Atlanta Youth Services.

Arif Hossain is the Director of Marketing at Atlanta Youth Services, bringing with him eight years of extensive experience in the marketing field. With a strong background in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, Arif is dedicated to enhancing the visibility and reach of our services. His expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and community engagement plays a crucial role in connecting families with the support and resources they need. Arif's passion for making a positive impact in the community drives his commitment to promoting the mission and values of Atlanta Youth Services.
