Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct therapy to children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to improving their lives through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.

Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behaviors.

Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments.

Communicate regularly with the BCBA and other team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Support parents and caregivers by providing guidance and demonstrating techniques.

Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Experience working with children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder is a plus.

Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
