Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The LPC will provide therapeutic services to children and families, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer counseling and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, early intervention, and family therapy.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavior analysts, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Offer consultation and support to parents and caregivers.

Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of counseling and mental health.

Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards set by the American Counseling Association (ACA).
Qualifications:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families.

Strong knowledge of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
